About this product
Gallery Datsun Brown Leather Armchair
Warm, inviting and full of mid-century charm, the Gallery Datsun is a brown leather armchair for anyone who wants a lounge chair with genuine materials. Top grain leather with natural textures and grains wraps a foam-filled seat, while a solid ash angled frame gives it a confident, crafted stance. Channel stitching down the back finishes the look, and it arrives fully assembled.
Why Solid Ash Outlasts Flat-Pack
Budget armchairs often rely on particleboard frames and thin coverings that sag, scuff and squeak within a couple of years. Datsun is built differently. The frame is solid ash, angled to create its slanted mid-century profile, and the cover is top grain leather in a rich brown finish with visible natural grain. Foam cushion filling gives a supportive sit at 45 cm, a height that is easy to settle into and rise from. The result is a chair with genuine substance that only gains warmth as the leather settles in.
Brown Leather Armchair Highlights
- Brown top grain leather: a rich, natural-looking finish with visible textures and grains that suits wood floors and warm colour palettes.
- Decorative channel stitching: vertical lines that add structure and a tailored, mid-century style to the back.
- 45 cm seat height: easy to sit down into and rise from, which suits long reading sessions and everyday use.
- Ready on arrival: delivered fully assembled, so the chair is usable from the moment it is placed.

FAQs
Q: How comfortable is it for long sits?
A: Foam cushion filling and a 45 cm seat height give a supportive sit, and the angled solid ash frame sets a relaxed posture. It suits reading, conversation and evening television, and the top grain leather softens pleasantly with regular use.
Q: How should I care for the brown leather?
A: Dust it regularly with a soft dry cloth, keep the chair away from radiators and strong direct sunlight, and use a conditioner suitable for top grain leather. These simple steps help the natural grain stay supple and rich in colour.
Q: When will my armchair be delivered?
A: Your chair travels by rapid mainland delivery with a dependable courier service, and tracking details are emailed once it has left us. As it arrives fully assembled, check doorway widths so it can go straight into place.
