About this product
Gallery Bardfield Cream Teddy Fabric Chair
The Gallery Bardfield is a cream teddy accent chair for anyone who wants a soft, tactile occasional seat with a natural wooden frame. Its textured cream cover feels as cosy as a favourite blanket, while the oak underframe and legs add warmth and contrast. At 13 kg it is easy to move, so it can follow the light from the bedroom window to a quiet living room corner.
Texture Plain Upholstery Simply Cannot Match
Flat, smooth fabric can leave an occasional chair looking lifeless and a little office-like. Bardfield uses a textured teddy fabric that catches the light and adds depth, so the chair becomes a feature rather than a filler. The structure matters too: the frame is oak, not soft pine or particleboard, and the foam cushion filling gives steady support for an hour of reading. Lifting it on 31 cm legs keeps the profile light and lets you see floor beneath, so a smaller room never feels crowded.
Why Bardfield Feels So Inviting
- Textured teddy cover: Soft, nubby polyester teddy fabric in cream adds instant warmth and pairs well with knits, linen and wool throws.
- Oak frame and legs: A natural oak underframe gives a sturdy base and a warm wood tone that suits modern and traditional rooms.
- Foam cushion filling: Supportive foam keeps the seat comfortable through long reading sessions without sagging into the frame.
- Raised 31 cm legs: Lifted legs create an airy silhouette and make vacuuming underneath the chair quick and easy.

A: Yes, a little assembly is required. The instructions are included, and once it is put together the 13 kg chair is light enough for one person to reposition around the home.
Q: When will my Bardfield chair be dispatched?
A: Every Bardfield order receives swift UK dispatch and travels to you with a dependable courier service, so your new chair is on its way soon after you place the order.
